Difference between travel, trip and journey:
Travel refers to an uncountable noun with the general idea of travelling (it is used for compound nouns). Trip is used for a particular amount of travel, in a short time. An unusual travel. It's the most used. *Se utiliza para una cantidad determinada de viajes, en un corto periodo. Un viaje fuera de lo cotidiano. Es el más utilizado.*
Journey refers to a piece of travel, usually long. A regular travel. *Se refiere a una parte del viaje, normalmente larga. Un viaje cotidiano.*
